Where do I check in?
Check in time start from 15:00 (3 PM).
We will be waiting for you at your home, ready to check you in on the spot.
What if I want or need to check in early?
We are glad to offer you an early check-in to acommodate your schedule.
Early check-in after 8:00 AM, requires a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Early check-in before 8:00 will require a fee of the total amount of the night.
What if I want or need to check out late?
Check-Out time ends at 12:00 (12PM).
We will be glad to grant your late check-out subject to availability.
Late check-out until 21:00, requires a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late check-out after 21:00 will require a fee of the total amount of the night.
Are cleaning services included?
There is a pre-arrival cleaning fee (not included in the price of the reservation).
Additional housekeeping services are available upon request, at your convenience, for an additional fee.
The cleaning fee is included for some homes (vary)
What kind of services are available?
We offer a host of services including: dinner reservations, babysitting services, taxi services, customized food experiences, guided tours, temporary gym memberships and at-home gym services, spa reservations and at-home massage treatments, opera, ballet and theatre ticket purchasing, salon reservations and at-home salon services, personal shopping services, and emergency appointments (doctors appointments, etc.). If there's anything else you need, let us know.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards. We also accept, and suggest, wire transfers prior to your arrival to avoid an extra charge for credit card transaction fees.
What currency do you accept?
We will charge your card or accept your wire transfer in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) only.
Is there a deposit required to make a reservation?
Yes. Each reservation requires a deposit or pre-payment. Deposits vary for reservations and length of stay.
Credit card details and deposit payments are required to make a reservation effective.
What is your cancellation policy?
The policy varies per home/ reservation and will be clarified during the booking process.
Failure to arrive will result in a charge of the full reservation.
Certain reservations require pre-payment and are non-refundable, this will be made clear before you book.
There shall be no refunds of amounts due to shortened stays by guests.
